ABLON s.r.o., part of ABLON GROUP, specializes in construction and management of office buildings, residential complexes, commercial centres, logistic centres and hotels in central European countries. We have been operating on the Prague real estate market since 1998 under the name „AB Management“, from 2003 under the name „ABLON Prague“ and on Budapest real estate market more than twelve years. Our company provides full service from searching for the suitable site, legal support, construction of the buildings, which always are situated to the most dynamically developing city areas.
Prague´s completed projects are Palmovka Business Centre, Meteor Centre Office park „A“ and „B“. Currently ABLON is preparing constructions of May House at Prague 4 – 5.května street and third phase of Meteor Centre Office Park „C“. Other projects under preparation are the biggest centres in Prague – Kolben Business Park. This unique project is situated in Prague 9 – Vysočany on a 6-hectare plot.

The Group has also launched its first retail and hotel development projects in Budapest, thus further strengthening its presence on the real estate market.
ABLON has a further 420.000 sqm built-in possibility, 305.000 sqm in Budapest and 115.000 sqm in Prague, which ensures long-term challenges for the Group.
Besides Budapest and Prague, the Group is present in other part of the region, including Beograd, Bucharest and Zagreb, but also has interests in London.
